All Seasons Arena

Knutson was selected as the Owner’s Rep / CM as Advisor for the All-Seasons Arena Facility Upgrades in Mankato, MN. The City of Mankato, Eagle Lake, North Mankato, Skyline, Mankato Area Public Schools, Mankato Area Hockey Association, Blue Earth and Nicollet counties all are key stakeholders in the All-Season’s Arena facility.

The project included replacement of the ice-making equipment serving both sheets of ice, along with exterior building upgrades, parking lot improvements, and ADA accessibility enhancements throughout the facility. Work also involved selective interior demolition and renovation of existing ice systems and support spaces, including concession areas, spectator viewing spaces, and restrooms, as well as an addition to accommodate the new ice systems infrastructure.
