Clean Sweep Car Wash

This is an express exterior car wash, consisting of four separate elements: a tunnel with a 125'+ conveyor; an equipment / electrical room that supports the tunnel; an office / control room complex where staff operate the facility; and an enclosed vacuum court (11,298 SF) where users can use the equipment on their own. The project is slab on grade, load bearing masonry walls, interior wood studs, prefab wood trusses; the roof is flat and comprises of an OSB roof deck, building felts, rigid insulation, and a glue down TPO membrane roof. Primary wall finishes are brick veneer and hard-i-plank 8" horizontal wood siding (on tower).
