Graco Industrial Customer Experience

This project involved the fit-out of existing space within Dayton Building 1 to support a new Industrial Division Training Program. The goal was to transform underutilized areas into a highly functional, customer-focused training environment that mirrors real-world industrial applications.

The renovated space includes three fully equipped labs, two dedicated dispense labs, a spray booth, chemical storage areas, training storage, and an automated booth designed to simulate hands-on operational conditions. Each component was carefully integrated to support safe instruction, product demonstration, and interactive learning. Special attention was given to ventilation, code-compliant chemical storage, and workflow efficiency to ensure the space meets both safety standards and performance expectations.
