University of Iowa Football Performance Center Locker Room Renovation

Knutson worked on this interior renovation of an existing football locker room in 2024. The existing building was originally completed in 2015, and its structure is an unprotected steel-framed with ground level concrete slab and mezzanine level composite slab. The locker room is located on the Ground Level and its outer wall footprint measures roughly 42-feet by 115 feet with four (4) columns along Grid ‘N’ inside the footprint.
