This project consists of a new, ground-up building that will house the new control room for the Xcel Energy Wescott plant, which is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Much of the project will also consist of site utilities and earth retention, a new septic system, and an interior remodel of their existing building. The new building will include training rooms, break/crew rooms, offices, and a large mechanical and electrical shop.
