Knutson Construction Named Best Place to Work in Southeast Minnesota
Knutson Construction is proud to announce that it has been included on the list of Workforce Development, Inc.’s “Best Places to Work in Southeast Minnesota”.
One of five winners in the Large Employer (150+ employees) category, Knutson was selected for its unwavering commitment to fostering a positive work environment, nurturing talent, and driving innovation. It is the first time the general contractor has been awarded this distinction, receiving accolades alongside Olmsted County, Riverland Community College, and others.
“For nearly ten years, we’ve worked hard to develop the cohesive, high-performing team we are today,” said Tom Leimer, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Knutson’s Rochester, Mankato, and Iowa offices. “However, our vision of success has always included employee development and community involvement, as well as a deep-rooted dedication to providing The Knutson Experience in all we do. Receiving a ‘Best Places to Work’ distinction for those steadfast efforts is an incredible honor.”
All Best Places to Work award participants, including Knutson, were celebrated at the 2024 Workforce Development Forum, held Thursday, April 25, 2024, in Rochester. Several members of Knutson’s Rochester staff, including Office Manager Stacey Albers, were in attendance.
“At Knutson, we’re not just a workplace,” said Albers. “We’re truly a family, united by a shared vision and a passion for excellence. Being honored as one of the Best Places to Work in Southeast Minnesota is a testament to the dedication and camaraderie of our team, and we’re proud to continue fostering a culture where everyone can thrive and succeed.”
