Dan Hoffard

Dan Hoffard is a Project Executive who focuses on expanding rural and critical access healthcare opportunities. With 25 years of industry experience, Dan brings deep expertise in healthcare facility operations and construction, supporting Knutson’s efforts to diversify and strengthen its healthcare portfolio.

Before joining Knutson, Dan served as Executive Director of Facilities at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby, Minnesota, where he led facility planning and operations from the owner’s perspective. His background provides valuable insight into the unique challenges faced by rural healthcare systems and helps foster strong, collaborative partnerships with clients. Dan holds both Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) and Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager (CHFM) credentials.

Based in the Minneapolis office, Dan provides rural healthcare market leadership and support to teams across all Knutson offices, helping grow relationships throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, Laura, and their three children. As an avid outdoorsman, he makes the most of life in Breezy Point through hunting, golfing, and tackling hands-on home remodeling projects.
