Greg Hedin

As Preconstruction Director, Greg leads Knutson’s preconstruction efforts with a collaborative, thorough approach focused on aligning design, budget, schedule and project goals from the start. His extensive experience managing preconstruction in complex, existing facilities allows him to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities and guide informed decision-making throughout design. Greg provides leadership and direction to Knutson’s estimating teams, ensuring a consistent approach and strong alignment with each client’s priorities through every phase of preconstruction.

Outside of work, Greg loves spending time outdoors with his wife, Courtney, and their three daughters. Their favorite family traditions include escaping to their cabin in northern Minnesota and playing volleyball with their extended family (yes even in the winter).  Fishing, hunting and cross-country skiing fill the other free time he has.
