To support this, we’ve partnered with COMPASS by Bespoke Metrics for industry‑leading prequalification services. Our Prequalification System allows us to better identify and track the skills, services, and capabilities of each business partner, ensuring a more consistent evaluation process that benefits both parties. Through the COMPASS 1Form, subcontractors can prequalify with any participating CM/GC, reducing duplicated efforts and providing valuable feedback for a smoother, more collaborative partnership.
Where to Start
To complete the prequalification process, you will need:
- Experience Modification Rating (EMR)
- OSHA 300/300A Forms
- Safety Policy/Manual
- Financial Statements
- Backlog Amount
- Line of Credit Total Capacity and Amount Drawn
- Letter of Bondability – Single and Aggregate Bonding Limit
Knutson requires all suppliers and subcontractors to submit a prequalification for any contract exceeding $250,000. After submitting your prequalification in COMPASS, please send an email to [email protected]. Your email should include either the name of the job you are looking to bid or indicate that you are interested in future opportunities.
Your information is to be submitted annually into COMPASS.
