Tradeswomen Build Nations Conference

Over 5,000 women, including four from Team Blue, recently participated in the 14th annual Tradeswomen Build Nations conference in New Orleans. The conference is dedicated to supporting and empowering tradeswomen in the construction industry. It aims to provide women with the tools and resources to be successful in their careers while also creating a supportive community. Topics include skill building, leadership development, workplace rights, and overcoming challenges in a male-dominated industry.

At Knutson, diversity strengthens our teams and enhances our projects. Our presence at the conference was not just about representation; it was an opportunity to engage with inspiring leaders, attend workshops, and explore new strategies for supporting women in the trades.
