Two Members of Team Blue Complete AGC’s Leadership Blueprint and Building Leaders program

Knutson Construction is proud to announce that Logan Back and Chris Lisowski, two members of our Rochester Office, were honored as graduates of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota’s Leadership Blueprint and Building Leaders program during a ceremony in early May. They both began the program in November 2025.

In these programs, students learn the principles of human relations and effective speaking. Participants complete a leadership assessment, set goals, and build lifelong skills in confidence, thought organization, active listening, teamwork, customer service, and conflict resolution, among other areas. In a fast-changing construction industry, the programs give you the tools, support, and space to grow into the leader your team and company need.

“Completing the AGC Leadership Blueprint and Building Leaders program was a great experience, and I appreciate AGC for investing in the development of future leaders in our industry. One of the biggest takeaways for me was the importance of active communication, teamwork, and being intentional in how you lead others. I’m excited to continue building on what I learned and applying it to future projects and opportunities,” said Chris Lisowski, Site Safety Manager.

“Thank you to AGC and Jenny Moore for a great Leadership Blueprint experience. One of the most impactful aspects of the program was connecting with peers across the industry and building relationships that will last well beyond the course. A key takeaway for me was the importance of leading through influence—fostering an environment where individuals feel valued, empowered, and aligned. Moving forward, I’m committed to building on this experience by investing in people, strengthening collaboration, and contributing to a culture rooted in trust, accountability, and excellence,” said Logan Back, Project Manager II.

Please join us in congratulating Chris and Logan on their dedication to the program and their willingness to participate and become even better leaders in their positions at Team Blue.
