Zero Incident: Who Do We Work Safely For?

For Team Blue, safety isn’t just a priority—it’s a value that shapes everything we do. We are committed to creating a Zero-Incident safety culture, which means meeting and exceeding safety standards.

What makes our safety culture stand out is the dedication of our field teams. We know that the safety of our people is directly tied to the safety of those they love and care about. When our team members feel supported and protected at work, it impacts their lives beyond the job site. That’s why we focus not just on the physical safety of our workers but also on creating a strong community of support and accountability.

Recently, we visited job sites and spoke with our field teams to learn who they work safely for. Whether it’s a spouse, children, parents, or close friends, these loved ones are the driving force behind our commitment to making safe choices every day.

In the office, our Corporate Safety Director Kevin Hogan says a Zero-Incident safety culture isn’t just about avoiding accidents. It’s about being proactive in identifying risks, staying alert, and creating an environment where everyone looks out for one another. This mindset is ingrained in our day-to-day and goes beyond the job site.

We sat down with him and chatted about some of our safety Q&As!

We are proud of the way our team embraces the safety culture that continues to thrive within Knutson!
