2nd Street Parking Ramp

The 2nd Street ramp was delivered as a design/build project and cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete was selected as the structural system for the ramp because of its design flexibility, durability and proven performance. Precast concrete panels were used for the decorative skin of the ramp and were chosen because of their low cost, flexibility and short building time. To save additional costs, the ramp was designed to leverage existing site footings from a previous parking structure demolished over a decade ago.
