Children's Mental Health Inpatient Unit

This project consists of a 16,000 SF full gut remodel of the 4th floor in Children’s St. Paul Hospital, converting the space into an inpatient behavioral health services center.

This project consists of the following spaces: 22 patient rooms, 2 med rooms, 2 associated nurse stations, 1 indoor therapy play spaces, 4 quiet activity spaces, 2 day activity space, 1 family lounge, 2 outdoor play therapy spaces, and 2 rooftop gardens.

This is the first inpatient behavioral health services center in the east metro to service kids under 12 years old.
