Dairyland Power Cooperative

Knutson was selected to provide construction management services for a new Dairyland Power Cooperative facility to be located in Harmony, Minnesota. The proposed building includes an office of approximately 3,200 square feet and a vehicle storage and warehouse facility of approximately 19,500 square feet. Other proposed spaces included, but are not limited to, Offices, Training Room, Operations and Crew Area, Break Room, Vehicle Storage Garage, Wash Bay, Warehouse, and General Support Spaces.
