Duluth Entertainment Convention Center Ramp

The Duluth Entertainment Convention Center Parking Ramp, or DECC, project started in the fall of 2008. The project consisted of a 165,000 sq. ft. ramp with 475 stalls. Due to project requirements and limitations with cold weather the project was suspended until the spring of 2009. Once started, the project progressed quickly. One of the owners priorities was to utilize local help so Knutson hired over 50% of Duluth union workers. Knutson managed all challenges as they arose and the owner continued to provide compliments and accolades throughout the finish of the project. The team even managed to finish the project ahead of schedule.
