With the hospital expansion, Fairview Southdale Hospital also required expanded parking with an over-street connector (skyway). The new 3-level ramp contains parking for up to 1,053 cars, with total square footage of 347,000. This BWBR designed project, including the 216 linear ft. skyway, has become the centerpiece and the new front door image for Fairview Southdale Hospital.
