The First National Bank Building project consisted of a renovation to the interior, exterior, and infrastructure of the 33-story historic structure located in downtown St. Paul. Knutson was hired to add a new fitness and conference center, open-offices, and complete domestic plumbing system replacements. The renovation also included the skyway level entrance and main lobby.
