Grand Casino Mille Lacs Hotel & Parking Ramp

This project was a renovation of a seven story, 217 room hotel, 2-level lobby space, and gaming entrance hall. The hotel also has a free standing laundry facility, new pool area, and a new Kids Quest Child Care Center. Knutson also built the 369 stall single story parking structure. The new portion of the project consisted of 145,222 sq. ft. with a remodel of the existing 35,332 sq. ft., and 109,470 sq. ft. above grade parking. Knutson self-performed all site and civil work on the project.
