Greenvale Park Elementary School
Greenvale Park Elementary is a brand new 90,000 square foot elementary school project. The two-story building will have a fully-secure entrance. Knutson Construction was awarded the Northfield Public Schools projects with the successful passage of a $40.9 million referendum to improve learning environments and administrative offices for the school District which currently serves 4,000 students in grades pre-k-12. The scope of this project includes the construction of a new six hundred student elementary school on the Greenvale Park campus, converting the current Greenvale Park Elementary School into a District-wide early childhood center, additions and renovations at Bridgewater Elementary, additions and renovations at Sibley Elementary, and renovation at Longfellow that will house District offices.
