This project consisted of demolition of two existing buildings and new construction of 50,000 sq. ft. at Hazelden Addiction Treatment Facility in Center City, Minnesota. The project also included a vertical addition to add vaulted ceilings and clear story window to an existing lounge, horizontal addition to add new patient beds, and remodeling of the existing staff offices, patient bed, and group rooms.
