Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, Center for Youth & Families

This project consisted of a 50,000 sq. ft. expansion and 50,000 sq. ft. renovation of an addiction treatment facility for teens and young adults, ages 14-25, in Plymouth, Minnesota. The expansion consisted of a new two-story bedroom/dormitory, gymnasium, auditorium and outpatient clinic. The renovation consisted of two bedroom/dormitories, the medical unit and kitchen area. The facility is surrounded by heavily wooded landscape within a residential neighborhood.
