Hennepin County Public Works Facility

Hennepin County Property Services Division invited Knutson Construction Services to be the general contractor on the Hennepin County Public Works Facility. This 242,000 sq. ft., two-level public works facility is located on a 146-acre site in Medina, Minnesota. The facility consists of administrative offices, warehouse/storage for equipment and materials, vehicle wash, fuel station, hazardous material storage and wastewater treatment system.
