Iowa River Landing West Parking Ramp

This parking facility meets the needs of the University of Iowa and area businesses, and the river–front recreation and entertainment district. The ramp accommodates 770 vehicles and is located immediately north of the University’s health care facility. Construction work includes a cast-in-place concrete parking structure with one level on-grade and two levels above. The project also included construction of access drives, landscape, and 3,300 SF of enclosed heated storage. This project was part of Coralville’s Iowa River Landing transformation plan for the former industrial park, bring positive change to the highly visible landscape.
