This project consisted of the development of five wood framed 12-plex (78 units) and two 8-plex buildings, including garages and a leasing center. This project took place on an abandoned site that used to be the Tunis Speedway. The Tunis Speedway hosted stock car racing for more than three decades before shutting down in the early 1980s. In total the project consists of 300+ units.
