Kirkwood Community College Animal Health building

Knutson has been selected to be the General Contractor for the Kirkwood Community College Animal Health building located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The project is a new 18,571 SF animal health building supporting 80-100 students for the programs of veterinary technician, and veterinary assistants. The program consists of spaces including, but not limited to, educational labs, clinical labs, administration, animal housing, exterior animal yards, and building support spaces.

This is an exciting project for Knutson because it allows us to continue to build on our long standing relationship with Kirkwood Community College. Previous projects include the Linn Hall Infrastructure Improvements, the Linn Hall Renovation & Addition, and the Horticulture Building.
