Mayo Clinic Siebens Building

This project consisted of a complete demolition and remodel of the 7th and 8th floors in the Mayo Clinic Siebens Building. The new 7th floor space consists of office spaces, multiple conference rooms, a break room, a recording studio, an alumni break room, and an alumni store. The new 8th floor consists of various classroom spaces, including a respiratory classroom and skills lab, nuclear medicine, MRI, histology / cytotechnology, multiple breakout rooms, and two large classrooms with operable walls that can divide the larger classrooms to six smaller classrooms.
