This project consisted of an interior renovation and build-out of the existing Madison East mall in Mankato, MN. Project specifics include a new X-Ray, PET / CT Scan, CT Scan, and MRI suite. The space will be served with (2) indoor mounted central station AHU’s fitted with hot water coils & DX cooling, along with a new fire suppression system throughout the space. Electrically, the space will be metered off of the existing space.
