This project included a 30,000 square foot remodel (demolition and rebuild) of the interior office areas, gymnasium, storage areas, training rooms, locker rooms and kitchen. Additionally, new electrical and mechanical systems were installed to service the entire space. Exterior work included a 10,000 square foot surface parking lot and landscape improvements.
