This project was a joint venture team of Knutson Construction and Adolfson & Peterson Construction (Heywood Bus Garage Constructors). The project scope included building out a 350,000 sq. ft., two-level bus maintenance and storage facility with 24 maintenance bays and a 216 bus capacity for Metro Transit. The 11-acre site is on the edge of the North Loop neighborhood, just west of downtown Minneapolis.
