Osceola Medical Center Expansion & Fitness Center

After building Osceola’s new medical center, Knutson was asked to complete two additions to the hospital and build a new fitness center. The project consisted of expanding the hospitals emergency room and dining area, as well as adding an MRI center and oncology department. It also included building a new stand alone 16,000 sq. ft. fitness center complete with studio space, state-of- the-art fitness equipment, showers, and locker rooms. Knutson self-performed both infection control and life safety services for this project.
