People's Energy Cooperative Headquarters

The new corporate headquarters for People’s Energy Cooperative has 19,682 sq. ft. of new office space, 50,094 sq. ft. warehouse and vehicle storage space, a 6,120 sq. ft. vehicle service bay and a 1,400 sq. ft. vehicle wash area. There is 174,000 sq. ft. of secured storage space outside. The warehouse portion of the building has a precast exterior and the office portion has a brick exterior. The building is heated and cooled by in-floor geothermal tubes.
