Sky One Eleven

Sky One Eleven is the new premier event destination in the city of Mankato, located on the 7th floor of the Eide Bailly building. The completed space includes an under-lit Cambria quartz bar, prep kitchen, bridal suite, public restrooms, and an open event space featuring 360-degree views of downtown Mankato. Knutson worked to fit out the shell space to accommodate events of all sizes, and completed the space in just under nine weeks in preparation for the center's first wedding event.
