South Metro Expansion - Lakeville Specialty Care Clinic

The Lakeville Specialty Center project is a one phase, four story fit out of the building's entire first and second floors as well as partial portions of the third and fourth floors. These floors will house Allina Specialties such as the Heart Institute Clinic, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery unit, Mother/Baby Clinic, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, and Oncology departments. The core and shell of the building is being completed by Timco Construction.

In all, Knutson will be building out 46 exam rooms, 8 procedure areas, 5 reception areas, a laboratory and corresponding lab draw station, rooms for ultrasounds and MRI and CT, team pods, offices, breakrooms, and restrooms for this project.
