St. Francis Emergency Department Addition

St. Francis Hospital, located in Shakopee, MN, is expanding their Emergency Department, adding twenty-nine exam rooms, four behavioral health rooms, and two trauma rooms. The project also includes a 4-bay ambulance garage and a renovation of the existing Oncology department.

This project is phase 1 of a multiphase addition/renovation of the existing emergency department at St Francis Regional Medical Center. Phase 1 includes a 3500 sq ft addition to the emergency department that will create a behavioral health treatment space. The interior renovations included in the space will modify existing staff break areas and existing spaces into a new vitals/nourishment area and new staff break area/locker room. A new temp RTU will be installed on the addition roof to serve the new same until the 2nd phase.
