The Landing

Knutson worked on bringing The Landing, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the homeless community in Rochester, to life by leading an interior demolition and remodel of its existing space. Work included new stud framing and build out of multiple bathrooms and showers, a kitchen with full kitchen equipment and hood, exams rooms, and office space. New finishes, demolition and removal of an interior concrete slab, new exterior windows, new HVAC equipment, and lighting upgrades helped finalize the space.
