The Metropolitan

The Metropolitan is conveniently located across the street from the McGrath Amphitheater and is the home of luxury owner-occupied penthouses (condominiums); high-end, market-rate rental lofts and Class A, prime commercial space on the ground floor. This six-story structural steel building is comprised of underground parking, first floor retail, two levels of high-end corporate housing apartments and luxury condos and penthouses.

Knutson was the General Contractor and also self-performed the concrete and structural steel. The project was completed in 11.5 months and on-time and below budget.
