Water Reclamation Plant

This $12.5 project includes remodeling 35,000 square feet of the old treatment plant and turning it into a new storage, offices, locker rooms, and meeting spaces. The project includes new windows, new roofs, a new elevator/stairway, and a new 3600 square foot breakroom/training room. The project also included a 30,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building that required approximately 20,000 Cubic Yard soil correction as the location for the new storage building was an old landfill.

Fun Fact: The team placed around 400 yards of flowable fill to seal off existing abandoned tanks.
