Xcel Energy St. Cloud Service Center

The existing St. Cloud Service Center was replaced with a new, modern facility designed to support expanded interior vehicle storage, wash bays, fleet maintenance operations, tool and inventory storage, and dedicated office space for staff. Developed for Xcel Energy’s electric distribution operations, the new service center includes a warehouse and mechanical mezzanine situated on a 19-acre site.

The completed campus also features two additional 65,000-square-foot service buildings, a 34,000-square-foot fleet building, and a 40,000-square-foot storage building. Together, these facilities provide essential infrastructure to support employees, engineers, and operations personnel. The site is a secure, non-public facility dedicated exclusively to operational use.
