Xcel Energy St. Cloud Service Center

The existing St. Cloud Service Center will be replaced with a new modern facility allowing for more interior vehicle storage, wash bays, maintenance of their fleet vehicles, tool storage, inventory storage, and office space for their staff. This project for Xcel Energy consists of a new service center for electric distribution operations that will have a warehouse and mechanical mezzanine on the 19-acre site. Included in this project are (2) additional new 65,000 sq. ft. service buildings, a 34,000 sq. ft. fleet building, and a 40,000 sq. ft. storage building. The purpose of these facilities is to serve employees, associated engineers, and operation personnel. This site will not be open to the public.
