Amy Schilling Named 2024 Notable Emerging Leader

Amy Schilling, Marketing Director at Knutson Construction, has been named a 2024 Notable Emerging Leader by Twin Cities Business.

Twin Cities Business’ Notable Emerging Leader program is a nomination-based recognition that highlights rising stars who are making waves by spearheading innovative new strategies, expanding programming for communities and fellow employees, and helping the overall growth of their organizations. To qualify, nominees must be in their current role for at least a year and have shown the ability to effect change in their roles or areas of practice.

Schilling was nominated for her empowering and synergetic leadership style, passion for marketing, and ability to utilize innovative strategies and creativity to distinguish Knutson as a key player in the construction industry. She also inspires and motivates others by encouraging them to think outside the box and contribute their unique talents, fostering a collaborative learning culture for all who work with her.

“I am honored to have been selected to be featured among such a prestigious group of emerging leaders from across the Twin Cities,” she said, when asked for her thoughts about her nomination. “To be recognized by my peers for my commitment to growing and developing the Knutson marketing team and strategy is a wonderful professional achievement.”

Schilling was promoted to Marketing Director in December 2023 after initial notification of her TCB Notable Emerging Leader selection. Her tenure at Knutson has spanned 10 years, and in it she has contributed to over $1B in project awards, including the state of Minnesota’s largest K-12 referendum project, awarded in 2023.
