Danny Radermacher Graduates from Associated General Contractors of Minnesota’s Leadership Blueprint Program

Knutson Construction is proud to announce that Minneapolis Project Manager Danny Radermacher was honored as a graduate of the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota’s Leadership Blueprint program during a ceremony on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. Radermacher began the program in November 2023 after being nominated by Knutson to participate.

In the Leadership Blueprint program, students learn the principles of human relations and effective speaking. Participants complete a leadership assessment, set goals, and build lifelong skills related to confidence, thought organization, active listening, teamwork, customer service, and conflict resolution, among other things.

“I’d like to say thank you to Merry Beckman at AGC, and AGC as a whole, for hosting the Leadership Blueprint Series,” said Radermacher, when asked about his experience. “One of my favorite parts of the course was meeting all the other students from other companies and forming lasting relationships with them. Some of my biggest take aways from the course were becoming an active listener instead of a passive one, and asking for people’s opinions / help on something, instead of assigning them a task.”
