Knutson Construction Announces Promotion of Sean Dols, Vice President of Field Operations

Knutson Construction is pleased to announce that Sean Dols has been promoted to Vice President of Field Operations.

Sean joined Knutson in 1987 as a Carpenter Apprentice before progressing his career to include roles as Journeyman Carpenter, Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, and General Superintendent. Throughout his tenure at Knutson, Sean has been a key contributor to Knutson’s successes in safety performance, employee development, operational excellence, trade services (self-perform work), positive company culture, and risk management.

In his new role, Sean will continue to serve as a key member of Knutson’s Leadership Team, representing the critical role Knutson field employees have in driving the company’s Zero Incident safety culture, The Knutson Experience, and other key strategic initiatives.
