Knutson Named Finalist at 2024 MN Real Estate Journal Awards

Knutson is proud to announce finalist status for several awards at the 2024 Minnesota Real Estate Journal Awards.

Knutson’s Two Twelve Medical Center Vertical Expansion project was nominated and received finalist status in the categories of Medical Property – West and Redevelopment – Healthcare. Amy Schilling, Marketing Director, is also nominated as Emerging Leader of the Year – Female.

Two Twelve was nominated due to the difficult nature of vertically expanding a facility that continued operating 24/7 throughout construction activities, as well as how well the project team(s) overcame adversity in the face of procurement and phasing issues such as a 6-month rooftop unit delay, which forced the entire project’s projected phasing to shift significantly. Schilling is recognized for her passion as both a leader and a marketer, ability to inspire and motivate her peers, and contributions to over $1 billion in Knutson’s project awards during her 10-year tenure at the company, including Minnesota’s largest referendum project in state history, which was awarded in spring 2023.
